Volunteer your boat for Beer Can Race Committee

COLYC's Race Committee occasionally relies on volunteers to provide boats to serve as signal boat for Wednesday night races.  This a great opportunity for racing skippers and crew to get a "behind the scenes" experience and better understand the inner workings of race management.  For any boat owner, this is a great way to participate in racing and enjoy the incredible Chicago lakefront in the evening.

The Commitment:

 - boats must be 30' or longer, with space to accommodate

   10 RC members plus one or two of your own crew

 - boats must have a working head

 - boats must have a working radio

 - boats need to be at Columbia's dock no later than 5:00pm, and

    can expect to be back on the dock between 9:00 & 10:00pm
